    Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation  National Awards and Honors
  • PHCNPG has many talented members, but they often go unrecognized. Do you know someone like this, or are you that person?
    If so, consider nominating them (or yourself) for one of these awards. Application deadline is March 1, 2012.

    Gwendolyn Rossell Memorial Continuing Education Award

    Is there a meeting that you would like to attend, but don't have the funds? This award provides funding for AND members to attend short-term educational programs related to the field of public health/community nutrition that enhance the contributions of public health nutritionists to health care. Such programs must meet CDR’s criteria for continuing education hours for the RD. This award will pay up to 70% of estimated expenses with a maximum of $500 for a single event. No applicant will receive funding more than once a year.
