Welcome to the American
Dietetic Association (ADA) Public Health and Community Nutrition Practice
Group (PHCNPG) Web site. This site provides information for dietetic
professionals working in public health and community nutrition. Visit
this Web site to find contact information for PHCNPG officers, links
to publications, links to federal agencies, national and local organizations,
a list of ADA- and PHCNPG-sponsored events, public policy opportunities,
and a job locator.
PHCNPG provides an exceptional networking opportunity for individuals
working in the public health and community nutrition. Our DPG represents
1,500 members throughout the United States and abroad who are employed
in a vast array of employment settings, including community organizations,
local, state, and federal agencies, hospitals, advocacy groups, university
extension offices, and many other settings that serve to promote the
health of the public.
